Jason Weiss

Jason is a second-generation Southern California native.  Growing up in Los Angeles as a multi-sport athlete, Jason became one of the country’s top ranked tennis juniors, earning a full ride athletic scholarship as a Division I athlete. After college, he had a successful career in Sports and Finance before founding Service Connected with lifelong friend Joshua Fine. What started out as a modest investment in a seasonal business quickly became a full time calling, where Jason brings over 20 years of Business Development and Relationship Management experience to the Company.  As the head of those departments for Service Connected, Jason prides himself on being available to his customers whenever and wherever they need him, and exceeding expectations.  Jason’s personal approach with customers epitomizes Service Connected’s motto: “Our job is to make your job easier.”  

Joshua Fine

Joshua served as a United States Marine in both Infantry and Combat Engineer Battalions, and is a veteran of the Iraq War. After 4 years in the Marine Corps, Joshua began practicing law in 2005, specializing in real estate transactions and small business law.  Today Joshua leads Service Connected as its President, and manages all Company Operations and Logistics.  Continuing his commitment to serving our Nation, he co-founded Service Connected in 2016 to provide wildfire emergency services for the US Forest Service.  From a small seasonal business with just a single customer, he has overseen Service Connected’s exponential growth and diversification.  To further that evolution, he is positioning the Company as a comprehensive diversity partner for our customers, packaging a suite of essential services and products designed to meet their participation goals.  Joshua earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2005.

Aynsley Armbrust

Aynsley joined Service Connected after 12 years in commercial real estate where she specialized in and completed complex valuations and consulting work before completing her MBA at USC’s Marshall School of Business.  Post MBA, she launched a successful brokerage career at Stepp Commercial where within 6 months she was a top-ranked producer, ultimately accounting for the disposition and exchange of over $100 million in multifamily assets.  Aynsley’s achievements earned her the 2016 & 2017 Keller Williams Millionaire Agent Award, the 2017 Nat’l Assoc. of Women in Real Estate Business Prodigy Award, and a 2017 LA Business Journal Women’s Summit nomination. Aynsley brings to Service Connected a breadth of experience in business development, analysis and operations, as well as a history of managing companies in their growth phase.  Her passion in business is identifying procedural inefficiencies to find solutions that accelerate success.  Additionally, 
Aynsley oversees all Prevailing Wage and PLA/PSA Compliance along with Internal Operations and Corporate Strategy.
